Coordinate inputs between owner, contractor, OEMs, utility and specialist advisers.
Structure open questions, decisions and actions, and maintain document, issue and decision logs so nothing is lost.
Support signal lists, data points, alarms, reports and the visualisation and screen requirements.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, handover and operational readiness, with progress and risk reporting to management.
Kapp Nordic does not replace specialist engineers, EPC contractors, OEMs, SCADA integrators or technical designers. They own the detailed technical design, programming, calculations and technical sign-off. Our role is to keep the owner in control of requirements, information, documentation and delivery, and to keep the process moving.
