Kapp Nordic was created around a simple idea: software should fit the work, not the other way around.
The company helps organisations structure complex initiatives, improve decisions and deliver practical digital change. Where a method proves useful and repeatable, we turn it into software.

Founder
Peter Neubert
Peter Neubert is the founder and CEO of Kapp Nordic. An engineer by training with an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, he has more than 25 years of experience across technology, business transformation, public-sector delivery, commercial leadership and operations.
His work has included national ICT and BPO strategy assignments, public-sector digital programmes, SME-development governance, complex supplier coordination, institutional transformation and software product development across Africa, Europe and the Indian Ocean region.
Peter is also a trained Design Thinking practitioner and facilitator and works across English, French and Danish.
