Kapp Nordic was created around a simple idea: software should fit the work, not the other way around.
Too many businesses run on generic systems that are either too shallow to matter or too bloated to use properly. Too many software companies compete on features instead of categories. And too many digital businesses depend on platforms they do not properly control.
Kapp Nordic exists to build a different kind of software portfolio: focused, practical, category-led, and built for long-term operation.
Founder
Peter Neubert is the founder of Kapp Nordic. An engineer by training with an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, Peter has worked across technology, distribution, operations, business transformation, and commercial leadership in multiple markets.
Mauritius and the Nordic link
Mauritius gives the company a practical base for regional work across Africa and the Middle East, while the Nordic link reflects the company’s standards around engineering, trust, clarity, and long-term thinking.
