At Kapp Nordic, we are a boutique consultancy firm that is deeply rooted in our Danish and Nordic heritage. The word “Kapp” is an ancient Nordic term that symbolizes the peak, energy, and light that inspire us to help our clients reach the pinnacle of success. Our way of doing things is guided by Scandinavian design principles of functionality, simplicity, and craftsmanship. We believe in doing it right the first time and not overcomplicating things. Our goal is to create elegant and intuitive solutions that improve the Customer, Employee, and Business Process Experiences of our clients.
At Kapp Nordic, we also follow Scandinavian management principles of coaching rather than autocratic rule-making. We guide and coach our clients through the process, while also encouraging open communication to build trust and foster collaboration. Our subordinates are free to solve unexpected problems without referring the matter to the manager, which promotes independence and creativity.
Our logo is a symbol of our strong Nordic heritage and values of innovation, excellence, and sustainability. It is made up of the runic letters of K and N, which represent our name, Kapp Nordic. The combination of the K and N in our logo represents the collaboration and partnership between our clients and ourselves. It is a reflection of our commitment to working closely with our clients to create elegant and intuitive solutions that improve their Customer, Employee, and Business Process Experiences.
Our logo also features two shades of blue. The darker shade represents stability, trust, and reliability, while the lighter shade represents innovation, creativity, and progress. We believe in balancing these qualities to create a strong foundation for our clients and their digital transformation journey.
